At Bubbalove we pride ourselves in getting our fantastic kids toys and accessories to you as quickly as possible. You may also be pleased to know we only use Australia Post to deliver your order to you.

Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched during normal business hours, on the same or next day the order is placed. Exceptions may apply to custom/larger orders (check product page for longer delivery estimates). Please scroll down for baby gift box deliveries.

Australia Post will only deliver packages during normal business hours. Unless you specified otherwise when placing your order, you may be required to sign for your delivery.

Depending on where your order is being shipped to, once we’ve dispatched your order, you can expect it to arrive within the following time estimates (note: some items may be dispatched separately): Please note: sea mail can take up to 3 months, this is our cheapest international option.

Baby Gift Boxes

If you've purchased a baby gift box you'll be happy to hear we offer same or next day delivery in the Perth metro area excluding Sunday. (postcodes 6000-6169) between Wanneroo and Rockingham and east to Mundaring. All deliveries are made Monday to Saturday only.

All other Australian postcodes will be sent with Australia Post. Allow 3 – 6 days for delivery. 

Important note regarding all hospital deliveries:

Please ensure that the recipient will be in hospital for the full scheduled delivery day. Deliveries will be made between 8am and 5pm, depending on location. If your recipient has been discharged by the time of delivery, a re-delivery fee will be charged to the sender to deliver to an alternative address. Please also note that once the gift has been delivered and signed for by the hospital, we have no control over the internal processes at the hospital that govern how long the gift takes to reach your recipient. This is totally out of our control and responsibility. Therefore, Bubbalove cannot take responsibility for the gift once it has been received by the hospital. If your recipient has left hospital and you haven't received notification your baby box has been delivery please contact us immediately to re arrange delivery.

 Special Delivery Instructions

If you have any special delivery instructions please enter them in the "Order Instructions/Comments" textbox when you checkout.

Please understand that will not be responsible for any missing parcels, when a request to leave without a signature or outside an unsecured premise has been applied to the delivery.

Missing Parcels

We certainly hope your parcel never goes missing. Should you realise your parcel has not been delivered within the estimated delivery (as mentioned above in the Delivery Times Estimates section) try these handy steps:

  • Check for a courier calling card, these can misplace easily and are prone to being blown away by the wind or held by family, neighbours and friends.
  • Check with your local Post Office or Mail Sorting Centre.

Returns & Exchanges

Should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase, gladly accepts Returns & Exchanges. Please note this is subject reasonable terms and conditions.

To return or exchange a purchase:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of your purchase, quoting your order number and the items you would like us to investigate. If you’re able to send us any images please do, this may speed up the process (once you’ve made contact we’ll let you know how you can do this).
  2. We may then ask you to return the item(s) to:

  3. Upon receiving your returned items, we'll begin processing.
  4. We’ll do our best to perform a fast turnaround, however please allow up to 7 business days for us to complete processing.

Terms and Conditions:

  • For returns:
    • will offer a store credit. If this is not sufficient please note we can only reimburse via online bank transfer (Australia only) or money request via PayPal.
    • We do not refund for change of mind, however should a product be faulty or a description misleading and/or inaccurate, we shall gladly refund the item less any discounts or promotions applied to the original order.
  • For exchanges:
    • may in some cases charge a delivery fee for incurred shipping costs, to return item(s) to the customer.
    • The customer is responsible for all costs incurred to return parcels to We recommend a traceable mode of delivery as we will not be held responsible for any parcels that are lost or misplaced.
    • Any item(s) must be unused and in its original packaging, with tags intact. If item(s) returned to us are suspected to be anything other than its original condition, the item(s) shall be returned to the customer. In addition to this, reserves the right to charge the original postage cost to return of any item(s) to the customer.
    • Strictly no returns or exchanges on custom made, sale or discounted order items.


If you've recently placed an order with us and wish to cancel, please contact us immediately.

Terms and Conditions:

  • If your order has not been dispatched yet, we shall gladly cancel and refund your order in full.
  • reserves the right to charge a reasonable restocking/administration fee for any cost incurred during the cancellation of any order.
  • If the parcel has already been dispatched, the customer will be responsible for its return. In this event, Bubbalove can only refund the cost of the parcel less the postage that was paid by Bubbalove for dispatch.
